Summer Fun and Labor Day

Okay, this post is SUPER late, but better late than never. To me, Labor Day marks the official end of summer, and the beginning of fall. Kenny's family usually spends the weekend camping and getting firewood, which we did again this year. This summer was extra special because I got to spend lots of time with my kids as I was off work on maternity leave. Here are a few pictures of some of the fun thigs we did this summer, followed by some Labor Day pics.
PLAYING AT THE PARK ,

AND IN THE SAND.

SWIMMING AT GRANDMA GROVER'S,

AND AT THE RESERVOIR.

RUNNING THROUGH THE SPRINKLER,

AND PLAYING IN THE MUD.

CAMPING ON THE MOUNTAIN,

AND GOING 4-WHEELING.

VISITING THE TEMPLE,

AND PLAYING WITH MCKADY'S DOG, PERCY.

YEAH, IT WAS A PRETTY SUCCESSFUL SUMMER

(note the glasses)

LABOR DAY WEEKEND

LUCY RODE THE 4-WHEELER WITH GRANDPA,

HUNG OUT WITH GRANDMA,

PLAYED WITH COUSIN RACHEL,

AND TRIED OUT THE NEW SADDLE WITH STETSON.

STETSON RODE HORSES WITH THE COUSINS,

WITH HIS DAD,

AND WITH MOM AND LUCY.

AND THE BEST ACTIVITY OF ALL. . .

THROWING STICKS AND ROCKS INTO THE POND
